DOES IT MATTER IF I’VE NEVER EXERCISED BEFORE?
No. We accommodate for all abilities and fitness levels.
ARE THE BOOT CAMPS ONLY FOR WOMEN?
No. All genders are welcome.
CAN I ATTEND ON MY OWN?
82% of clients attend on their own. The group spends lots of time together and become a great team.
HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE?
Average weight loss of 8 pounds* based on a 5 day boot camp.*DISCLAIMER: Boot Camp makes no guarantee that everyone will achieve the same results. Results may vary from person to person.
WHAT IF MY FITNESS LEVEL IS POOR? CAN I STILL TAKE PART?
Yes, all of the classes are tailored to meet each of our client’s needs and personal fitness levels.
CAN I TAKE PART IF I HAVE ANY ILLNESSES OR INJURIES?
Yes, we will require a letter from your GP (signed and dated) stating the illness and injury, with a confirmation that you can partake. This allows us to adapt our classes and exercises to your individual needs and protect you from any further injuries.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK A SINGLE ROOM?
Yes, however, an additional charge may apply depending on the seasonal time of the year. Please let us know that you wish to book a single room on the online booking form.
DO I HAVE TO TAKE PART IN EVERY CLASS?
No, all classes featured on the timetable are included in the price and work on an opt in/opt out basis. We would recommend that you take part in at least 3 daily classes in order to feel the full benefits of your boot camp.
I AM NOT LOOKING TO LOSE WEIGHT AND JUST WISHING TO INCREASE FITNESS, CAN I STILL JOIN?
Yes , of course. Calorie intake and portion size will be increased for you. Also our personal trainers will make sure than they push you to your limits.
WHY IS IT GOOD FOR ME?
You get to go on holiday where you focus on your body and mind whilst staying in a healthy, motivating environment. You will learn about how food affects your training and fitness goals. Also here are some healthy benefits: reduction in body fat, lower blood pressure de-stress and detox, increase fitness levels, strength and endurance.
I AM REALLY UNFIT, AM I SUITABLE FOR YOUR BOOT CAMP?
Yes you are. We help ladies and gents of all abilities, ages, sizes etc. We want to help as many people as possible to achieve whatever their goals are. We have the experience, the knowledge and passion to help you. We will never give up on you and only ask you to do the same.
I EXERCISE A LOT; WILL I BE ABLE TO GET A GOOD WORK OUT?
We believe there is no such thing as an easy or hard session. Our trainers know how to design sessions that can push people of varied ability.
DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS? (GLUTEN FREE, ALLERGIES, VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN ETC.)
Yes, when making your booking please let us know what dietary requirements you might have and we will cater to your dietary needs.
ARE DRINKS AND SNACKS ALL INCLUSIVE?
Yes, drinks and snacks are included in the price. (Including smoothies, protein shakes and water). No Alcohol
WHAT IS A TYPICAL MENU?
Breakfast – Avocado and eggs on homemade bread & berries & super green smoothie with protein boost
Snack – Homemade protein bar with nuts & seeds or a smoothie
Lunch – Layered turmeric rice & garden salad with fresh rosemary chicken breast with lemon
Snack – Homemade protein greek yogurt with nuts and fruit
Dinner – Daily catch grilled fish with sweet potato pure with vegetable. Homemade Sorbet for dessert
WHAT IS A TYPICAL BOOT CAMP SCHEDULE?
7 am Rise and shine pre breakfast walk/jog
8 am Healthy Breakfast/ Q&A nutritional talk
10 am Daily boot camp beach or pool /circuit/HIIT/ fat burning session
11 am High protein recovery snack
12.30 pm Healthy Lunch
4 pm Cardio on the beach
5 pm Refuel with a recovery snack and smoothie
6 pm Beach/activity/hike/massage/Yoga/Pilates/ Meditation (different every day)
8 pm Recovery Dinner and relax
In-between activities -Free time/pool/relax/read/renew/snack
WILL I HAVE TIME TO REST OR GO SIGHT SEEING?
Yes. After all, it’s a holiday! We want you to return home feeling refreshed, relaxed and full of energy. There will be plenty of time to relax by the pool in the sunshine, have a nap after lunch or go for a walk to the beach.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO CLASSES?
Comfy training clothes including hat and runners, Towel, Mosquito repellent and Sun cream
IS THERE A LAUNDRY SERVICE AND WI-FI AVAILABLE?
Yes, laundry service is available at an additional fee. WI-FI is free.
IS THERE A SAFE IF I WANT TO BRING ANYTHING VALUABLE?
No. Please DO NOT bring any valuable items; we do not have a safe on the premises. You bring valuables at your own risk.
IS THE TAP WATER DRINKABLE?
Although the tap water is fine to drink, we would recommend that you don’t drink the tap water to avoid any stomach issues, due to the differing pH levels.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
We will provide a list of recommended clothing upon booking.
ARE THERE ANY BEAUTY TREATMENTS INCLUDED?
Yes. Facial mask and de- stress facial treatment at the pool. Massages are not included in the package.
DO YOU PROVIDE BOOT CAMPS FOR A PRIVATE GROUP OR COMPANIES?
Yes. Whether you want one day, a weekend, or an entire week the boot camp will be tailored to your requirements by our team. Corporate events, conferences, hen & stag parties, reunions and more.
WHERE CAN I FLY FROM?
You can fly from any international airport that fly direct to UAE airports. We recommend using www.skyscanner.net to search for flights. The website www.Skyscanner.net searches all airlines from all airports.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANY LOCAL CURRENCY?
Yes if you require massage or beauty treatments or taxi fares for own transfers.
DO I NEED HOLIDAY INSURANCE?
Yes. This is like any other holiday and is highly recommended you have insurance in place to cover for injury, illness or cancellation.
IS THERE AN ENGLISH SPEAKING DOCTOR NEARBY?
Yes, there are doctors available as well as numerous chemists.
HOW WILL I GET FROM /TO AIRPORT?
Transport transfers to and from airport are complimentary.
DO YOU PROVIDE BOOT CAMPS ONLY DURING THE SUMMER?
No. We run the boot camps from January to December.
